年轻人的烂笑话和烂动作

下午三时，在orchard station去探望了刚开完刀的表哥，很开心...一切都顺利..
大约四十分钟后，就和妹妹各自乘搭MRT回去了..

进入车厢，正好有空位座，很好，可以坐下休息.观察四周围，见到有大约5位年轻小伙子正在畅谈..呼..不理这么多了，觉得好累，就闭上眼睛小睡一会儿..

睡着睡着，突然就听到一个年轻人大声地说：“这辆列车走走停停的，如果我把我的衣服脱了这列车就不可以再开了。”
咦？ 真奇怪，为何他会这么说呢？我就打开眼睛看着那位年轻人..而他的朋友也看着他问他为什么勒？就只见他用手泼一泼他的衣服...哇考！！大家也猜猜看我看到什么吗？？ =______="

他的衣服...有一个列车轨道的图案!!!!!(如果没了轨道，列车就不会开啦..呵呵呵...他还很开心地回道）=_=" 炸到..

接着，只注意到他东看西看，下看上看，看着上面，说着：“我觉得噢，这小洞洞里面有个人勒。” 他的朋友还问他：“是么？那要不要用尖尖的东西插看看？”接着他的朋友还在他的背包找。 而他道：“不需要啦." 接着，只见他从他的口袋拿出了....一张纸币，卷了它，用它来插那些小洞洞（speaker holes).....
啊！！！！！我再也看不下了. (=____=")

Financial secure and financial freedom

Sometimes we are always thinking.. How do we able to really live without any stress on our financial world or becoming rich? Most of the people outside always say :" simple, go to pursuit for higher educations, get a high position job and get high salary.. save it up." but is this the correct ways of becoming rich? what if one day you lose ur job and ur income has stop?? if the income stop means you wont received any cash into ur pocket, and your money will keeps flowing out to ur expenses and reliabilities. This means eventually u will also zero in ur pocket.

Still, there are alot of people going through this way. this is because they feel "secured", work as an employee,don need to think so much, just like a prostitute sell off urself to ur company, spend most of the time on it,and u will get money, spend it on things u like(shopping la, cars la, credit card la and house la...) this is wat we called financial secure.... ppl feel secure in this situation..

yet, if somebody use that money that he/she earn and then invest on something else which could generate enough money that could cover more than everything of his/her expenses without working for money, this is wat we called financial freedom.

For example that simpliest, when u buying a house... it actually is a reliability.people always think tat ok.. i buy it, hold it and then when the price up i sell it away... but ever think of the house u buy u are actually paying lum sum of money into it?? insurance la, interest for bank loan la, lots other fees la. in the end through calcuation actually first 10 years u r jz paying for the interest of bank!somemore u hav to pay every month... But,what if u able to make it to generate cash to u monthly? meaning somebody is helping u to pay for ur installment, and u still earn extra cash into pocket?? think of it... when this happens.. means u are one small step closer to financial freedom.. ^^ of course there are others ways too..

My New Zealand trip (11-08-09 - 18-08-09) - part 2

Hihi my dear all fellows!

Hehe.. yesterday was having my night shift work. Luckily was quite a very good night work for me.. so i manage to have a sneak sleep at workplace..^^
So i shall continue with my New Zealand trip story part 1.

After have a nice and cozy stay in mt Cook, we were heading to Queenstown for 2 night stay.. Oh well, 1st impression when we reach there was "wow, what a nice place that full of adventures!and i love it so much!!" you can find any activities you like here.. Bungee jumping, shotover jet, skydiving,snow skiing, helicopter ride bla bla bla.. only if i have enough money, i shall go for all activities!! So.. for this time i just took a 43m bungee jumping and a shotover jet.. it already cost me 300 sgd for this... =.="

Big Kiwi bird..unfortunately we didn't have time to hunt for real one.. T.TRiverside of Queenstown.. well it was very cold there... 8-10 degree.. and our wearing were full gear up.one of the activity taken.. i wonder how they can bear on the coolness of the ambient with this high speed

~Shotover Jet~

nice right? this boat was able to do a fast 360 degree turn and can move up to max speed of 80kmh.. So with the cold temperature outside........ yeap.. all of our face were freezing!!! T.T
~Kawarau River Bungee jumping~

Oh well.. this activity is the most daring and scary stuff i have done in my life. at first feeling really don't wanna to jump.. however in the heart think of those money i had paid, so can't do anything.. die die must jump... AND i was the first person to jump!!!! T.T

some funny things i still remember was.. there were 2 ang mo couples standing in front of me waiting for those staffs to come over to do preparation for bungee jumping, they were looked scared and mumble to each others, looking down the river. So when those staffs coming over, they all quickly retreat back and i was looking at them and tell them :"you all first..." So.. do you know what they answer?? they answer me :" Up to you sir!!!" and keep retreat back... =.="

so bo bian lo.. i just jump lo... the feeling was quite scary initially... but it was thrilling and excited after when u fall down and pulled back by the string..When did the jumping, the audiences standing at a stage shout louder than me.... And when i finish jumping, lot of people asking me how's the feeling? i answered them that was awesome and you all should try at least once in the life time. well.. they all answered: "nono!! i m not going to do that, i is crazy!!"... hahahaha...
and there were some hongkong visitors asking me am i hongkonger? T.T

switch on your speakers and listen carefully.. those voices are coming out from the audiences... and my friend did said:"that was fast" T.T

After the jumping we were abit tired and it was around 4pm.. can say is evening time liao... Due to the excitement wanted to touch and play snow(never touch b4...), we drove straight up to one mountain where those people playing snow ski, just to play snow....well we were quite cool that time because when we were driving up the mountain, people there driving down.. because it is going to get dark...T.T

hehehe.. we were funny right? =.="


After the childish snow game for only 30 mins, we were driving down the hill.. and manage to catch some nice scenery view photos.. :D:D



And when we back to Queenstown, it was about 7pm+, so we took some nice nice yi shu pictures...keke.. enjoy

And we went walk walk around the city and sleeep.... keke.. that's for part 2.. one more part will share with you all when got time to write... :) :) Thanks
